TYPICAL DAILY SCHEDULE
9:00am Warm up and stretch
9:30am Session 1: Individual stick work & Technique development
11:30am Lunch
12:15pm Session 2: Team tactics and situations
2:00pm 7v7 and games
3:00pm Day wrap-up and review
*All Sessions will begin with a Team Elevate Demonstration.
LOGISTICS:
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
Camp check-in will occur on Sunday, July 18th between 8:30am and 9:00am.
Camp will begin at 9:00am after a welcome and staff introduction meeting.
Camp will end on Tuesday, July 20th at 3:00pm after the Awards ceremony.
Parents are welcome to come at 2:30pm to watch the exclusive and entertaining
Elevate lacrosse camp talent show. Please pay attention to the camp signage
for more pick-up and drop-off info.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will not be provided. If a camper must cancel, a credit will be
issued in the name of the camper for the amount paid. This credit can
be used toward a future Elevate Lacrosse camp or transferred to a family
member.
**Please note transfers are between immediate family members only- please
do not request any transfers to friends.
FACILITIES
The campers will use the Fox Lane High School fields. Water and
ice will be available on the field at all times, but players are asked
to bring their own water bottle (one will be provided on the first day
of camp.)
MEDICAL ATTENTION
A counselor trained in CPR and First-Aid will be on duty to administer
to any illness, and/or minor injuries. Upon application for camp you will
be asked to download a medical waiver form. All campers must send or fax
this completed form to Elevate Lacrosse prior to camp or you will not
be permitted to participate in any activities. It is advised that you
make and bring a copy of this form with you to registration to avoid any
delays in play. Campers should notify the directors prior to the beginning
of camp of any existing medical conditions that may require our assistance/attention.
MEALS
Day Campers will be required to bring their own packed lunch and snacks.
It is also recommended that campers bring a water bottle filled at the
beginning of each day.
CAMP STORE
There will be a camp store on site where we will be selling the hottest
in lacrosse clothing, equipment, and accessories. This store will operate
at check-in/checkout and at the opening and closing of each day.
RULES
All Campers are expected to show utmost respect for staff, other campers,
and facilities. Elevate Lacrosse strictly prohibits the use and/or possession
of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco products. Any camper found in violation
of these rules will be immediately dismissed from camp without refund
of fees paid.
EQUIPMENT
A detailed checklist of equipment required for camp will be emailed to
you along with your confirmation.
Players are expected to have their own women’s lacrosse stick, goggles,
mouthguard, and appropriate athletic footwear. Please also be sure to
arrive each day with sunscreen and a hat!
